To do a Hindu Pushup, begin in the raised position of a standard pushup with the feet spread out wider than the width of the shoulders, and head down to avoid neck strain.
Move the hands back so your midsection is raised in the air, with the legs and arms straight, and you’re looking backwards through the legs so that the body resembles an inverted “V”
Commence bending the elbows so that the body can come forward. The hips should come down in the direction of the floor. Just before the head reaches the floor, start to arch the spine so that you’re looking up in the direction of the ceiling while exhaling. Straighten the arms.
Keeping the arms straight, and while inhaling, push the midsection back to the starting position.
